We want to resolve any concerns without a formal legal proceeding. Before filing any claim against J Tam Law, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by sending written notice of the dispute to hello@jtamlaw.com. We will try to resolve it informally as well and may contact you by email to do so. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after we receive your notice, either of us may pursue the matter in court as described below.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the City and County of San Francisco, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
